INQUIRY
I know how much time, work, and care goes into bringing a project to life, and I believe documenting it deserves the same attention. That’s why every project starts with a conversation.
It’s a chance for me to hear the story behind the project, understand what matters to you, and learn what you need from the images. It also gives us the opportunity to get to know each other and see if we’re the right fit to work together.
From there, I can approach your project with a clear understanding of what makes it special and put together a proposal that truly fits its needs.

THE PROCESS

STEP 01

Understanding your project
Once we decide to work together, I take a closer look at the project itself. I review the location, context, orientation, natural light, size, floor plans, and the areas we will be documenting.
This helps me understand how the space works and identify the details and conditions that will shape the shoot, so I can arrive with a clear idea of how to approach the project.
STEP 02

Scouting
When the project calls for it, I take time to scout the space before the shoot. This can be done in person or remotely, depending on the project and location.
The goal is to better understand the light, access, surroundings, key views, and any conditions that could affect the session. It allows me to anticipate what we may need and plan the shoot with a clearer understanding of the space.

Planning the shoot

Curating the story

Delivery
Before the shoot, I take the time to plan how the project should be documented. We define what needs to be shown, how the images will be used, and what aspects of the project should come through clearly.
From light and timing to image formats and final use—whether for your portfolio, awards, or publications—the session is planned around the specific needs of your project.
After the shoot, I carefully review and curate the images to build a cohesive visual story of the project.
I share a preselection with you so we can define the final image selection together and make sure the final set represents the project in the right way.
Your final images are delivered through a private online gallery, ready to download and use.
The result is a complete visual archive of your project, thoughtfully documented from the wider story to the smallest details.
STEP 04
STEP 06

Documenting the space

Editing
This is where the planning comes to life. I photograph the project as a whole, paying attention to the wider views, scale, materials, details, light, and the way the space is experienced.
Whenever possible, I like to have someone from the project team present during the shoot. This allows us to stay aligned and make sure the project is being documented in a way that feels true to the original vision.
Once the final images are selected, I carefully edit each photograph. I refine color and light and clean up distracting elements when needed, while keeping the images natural and consistent as a collection.
FAQ
This is my first photoshoot. What should I know?
You don’t need to have everything figured out before reaching out. We’ll talk about your project, what you need from the images, and how you plan to use them. From there, I’ll guide you through the process and help plan the shoot around your project.

How much does a photoshoot cost?
How far in advance should I book?
What if I don't like the final images?
How long does the process take?
When will I receive my final images?
I have a different kind of project. Can I still reach out?
Every project is different, so pricing depends on the size, location, scope, and specific needs of the shoot. After our initial call, I’ll put together a proposal based on your project rather than offering a one-size-fits-all package.

I recommend booking your shoot at least two weeks in advance. This gives us enough time to understand your project, plan the session, and make sure everything is ready for the shoot.
If you’re working around a publication, award, opening, or launch date, I recommend reaching out as early as possible.

You'll be involved throughout the process, from planning the shoot to reviewing the image preselection before the final edit. This helps us stay aligned and make sure the final gallery represents your project.
If, after following the agreed process, the final images still don't represent your project as expected, I offer a complimentary reshoot or a full refund.

The full process usually takes around two weeks, from planning and documenting your project to delivering the final gallery. The timeline may vary depending on the size and complexity of the project, and we'll define it clearly before we begin.

Once the final image selection is confirmed, your edited gallery will be delivered within 7–10 business days. You'll receive a private online gallery where you can download and access your final images.

Absolutely. I love creative projects and I'm always open to exploring something a little different. If you have an idea and feel like we might be a good fit, I'd love to hear about it. You can book a call and we can talk through your idea and explore how we might work together.

Do you travel for projects?

Yes. I’m based in Guadalajara, Mexico, and available to travel for projects. Travel and accommodation costs, when needed, are included separately in the proposal.

How many images will I receive?
What if the weather or conditions aren't right on the day of the shoot?
I don’t work with a fixed number of images. The final gallery is curated around the project and the story we need to tell, including wider views, details, materials, and the way the space is experienced.

Light and weather are an important part of photographing a space. I keep an eye on the conditions leading up to the shoot and, if they could significantly affect the project, we’ll talk about the best way to move forward or reschedule.
